Materials

  • 2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Milk/Creamer Can substitute non-dairy if desired
  • 2 shots Espresso Can be regular or decaffeinated espresso
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon Sugar (Optional)

Instructions

  • To a microwaveable pitcher or small jar add the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and the milk/creamer.
  • Warm the milk/non-dairy milk in the microwave until steamy about 30 seconds then whisk or froth the milk to combine the sugar and spices.
  • Make 2 shots of espresso and pour into your cup, then top it with the steamed/frothed milk.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.

Notes

You do not need to froth the milk but it should be warm and steamy so the sugar and spices will blend together and the latte stays nice and hot.
You can use 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee if desired.
If using coffee pods you can also do half caffeinated to make it less strong.
