Gingerbread Latte
If you love the flavors of a gingerbread cookie then you’re going to love this easy to make gingerbread latte.
I dont’ know about you but give me all the flavored latte’s when the weather gets cold and the holidays are approaching. I mean latte is good any time of year right? This Maple Sea Salt Latte is my favorite go to latte year round, you can made it hot or cold.

Ingredients
Espresso Coffee – You will need a double shot of regular or decaffeinated espresso.
Gingerbread Spice Mix – Store bought or homemade spice mix.
Brown Sugar – Dark brown sugar gives more flavor, however light brown sugar works just as well.
Molasses (Optional) – You only need a small amount, it adds a nice flavor to the drink but it’s not necessary.
Milk – Use your milk of choice
Cinnamon Sugar (Optional) – For sprinkling over your coffee for more flavor
Instructions
- Pour a double shot of espresso into a mug.
- Add in the molasses if using and stir.
- Add the milk, brown sugar, gingerbread spices to a small pitcher or measuring cup, warm the milk for 30 seconds then froth or blend together.
- Pour the milk over the espresso then mix it all together with a frother until is nice and foamy.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.
Recipe Tips
- You don’t need to have a milk frother, you can simply use a small whisk.

Gingerbread Latte
Materials
- 2 shots Espresso Can be regular or decaffeinated espresso
- 1/2 tsp Dark Molasses (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar Can sub in light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Gingerbread Spice Mix
- 1/2 cup Milk/Creamer Can substitute non-dairy if desired
- 1 pinch Cinnamon Sugar (Optional)
Instructions
- To a microwaveable pitcher or small jar add the brown sugar, gingerbread spice, and the milk/creamer.
- Warm the milk/non-dairy milk in the microwave until steamy about 30 seconds then whisk or froth the milk to combine the sugar and spices.
- Make 2 shots of espresso and pour into your cup, add the molasses if using, then top it with the steamed/frothed milk.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.
