If you’ve been around for a while you know I don’t do New Year’s resolutions but I always pick a word for the year. I like to share it because it helps me remember what it was in years to come but also for a little accountability. This year’s word is NOURISH. I think the word provides a sense of calm and healing in a number of different ways. I’m always looking to make nourishing foods (with some not so good stuff mixed in). So with that I’m hoping to bring you more nourishing recipes this year that are easy, and delicious.
