These are some of my favorite travel items and a few items I have my eye on. They will make the perfect gifts for the traveler ’22.Â
As a frequent traveler I’m always on the lookout for some new items to make travel more convenient. While there are many items out there, I tend to stick to a few basics each time I take a trip. Some of these are items I’ve had and used for several years and think any traveler would be happy to have.
- Away Suitcase – A simple suitcase that I love. It comes in many colors, different sizes, and also has a small bag for laundry or whatever you want to keep separate.
- Gold Stud Earrings – Perfect little earrings that are an understated elegance and goes with everything. You can put them on and leave them in the entire trip if you want to. If you’re not into gold you can find sterling silver ones.
- Travel jewelry case – A pretty small case that is great for holding and protecting all your jewelry.
- Packing Cubes – Great to organize and compress your clothing so it all fits into your suitcases.
- Compression Socks – These are a must for long trips. They keep your feet and legs comfortable and they help to prevent swelling.
- Wireless Transmitter – To wirelessly connect your headphones to the in-flight entertainment system.
- Luggage Tag – It’s a great idea to have a luggage tag that stands out so when trying to find your suitcase the brightness of your tag makes it easier.
- Make-up Travel Case – This is a favorite of mine, it’s a bit large but holds so much stuff and keeps it all well protected and organized.
- Travel Scarf – Having a travel scarf has always come in handy. Perfect for a chilly plane, great for a cool evening, or as an accessory.
- Travel Journal – For those who love to document their trips.
- Electronic Organizer – To keep all your cords contained in one place.
